Not quite the same. The phase 2 bj8s had an extra platfrom welded on the axle to mount the bumpstop rubbers (instead of being held by the spring u bolts), and also extra brackets to mount the radius

My factory parts book for BJ7s and BJ8s shows one part number for cars from 17551 to 26704 and another for cars from 26705. The difference appears to be the brackets for the radius arms on the late B
