There was a black caulking type of substance applied to the top edge of the under scuttle steel to attempt to effect an air tight seal when the shroud was installed. If it's still the original stuff

Thanks fro the help. With a bit of heating and continous pressure I had managed to remove the front shroud. I will do a "website" today and put some pics on. Still collecting my questions. Gergo 2010
