Not quite, the first Chrysler hemi V8s in 1951 were all 331 cid, first Desoto hemi V8 in 1952 was 276 cid, first Dodge hemi V8 in 1953 was 241 cid. In 1951 the Windsor came only with the 250 cid 6 wh
