If I recall correctly, 350 blocks and 327 blocks are identical. It's the stroke that makes the difference. I thought all 327s were small-journal motors, but there may have been one year where a large

As Neil said the only exact way is to look at the serial number. But even then you can't be sure unless you check the bore and stroke because of the ease of changing cranks during a rebuild. Not sure
