If the wheels have an "O" ring groove, a rubber O ring will do the job nicely, helped with a little vacuum grease or at worse RTV. If the surfaces are unblemished no crutch is needed. The real deal

We move on to crutches. The go cart wheel with O ring sealing in a 45degree groove with no squeeze other than tire internal air pressure can work with a little help from Hylomar. It does not harden
