I have a dyno question. We've been running a 438BBC with Crower mech stack 2.9 in butterfly, flowed by Kinsler, with a Kinsler barrel valve and have had very satisfactory results in the Big Red Truck

Wish that was it. It is the same as it came from Kinsler. Idle bypass, timing, pills made no diff. All pressures and flow numbers were what Kinsler said they should be. ______________________________

The simplest thing might be to just start the test at a higher engine speed (say 5000). You can spend a lot of time (as you've found out) trying to make something work when it might be that the engin
