Adjusting the brakes is first thing to do; it's quick & easy if you have the adjuster holes in the wheels aligned with adjuster holes in the drums. Are all hoses new and in apparent good order? Tire

Are you sure that it is the right front that is grabbing or could it be the right rear that is grabbing or the left front or rear that is not activating? Take the car on a gravel road (or driveway),
