- It happens occassionally, and is very frustrating. I think what happens is the there is a slight difference in angle of the brake line and it doesn't enter the hole straight. Because of all the room

- that's exactly what it was. i took the brake lines in to my mechanic down the road to ask him about it. he said the same thing...filed it down and checked by threading a nut onto it. i haven't hooked
