The problem is when accelerating it goes fine until ONE SPECIFIC SPOT where it flattens out. Speed is maintained but no more acceleration, you can hear and feel it wanting more of something, like a h

I would make sure the carb pistons can travel up and down freely the full travel. They should also drop down with a mild clunk at the bottom. My guess is that the pistons stick or bind partway on the

Not all carbs have the spring clip that attaches the damper to the main piston and allows this, and even when they do they can pull out anyway. A finger in the intake with the filters removed should
