Chris, I don't know about the interior of the Moss tank. I bought a ebay tank from Angelheartpancho for my Healey. It's well made and the only complaint I had was that he was using the wrong fitting

I don't know, I think I'd want a strainer in the tank. The fuel filter is way past the fuel pump, which has a screen that could get clogged by debris. Better to keep the crud in the tank, and there a
