As someone who sucks down oysters nearly every weekend after sailing on Tomales Bay, I cannot recommend Drakes Bay Oysters on the half shell. Their variety of oysters are generally better cooked. For

I happen to love the BBQ'd oysters at the Marshall Store. Enough garlic involved to keep you going for at least one week. My favorite way of accessing them is by bicycle (Rivendell '02) from Nicasio.
