HI everyone, I'm going to rewire my 46 3/4 ton and want to know the Gage of wire I should use? It's still a 6 volt system and I do Know that it needs to be a larger Gage wire than needed for 12 volt.

Thanks J.O. But that's not my intention to Buy a wiring harness. I want to do this From scratch and replace each wire separate. I know I read someplace about this but can't seem to find the info any

I don't see why you want to keep it at 6V. If your goal is to keep the truck pure then you need to find a wiring harness. But no matter if you keep 6V or go to 12V, 14 ga is ample for all lights, hor
