You might try one of the vinyl window restore products just to see if the window can be fixed. I was surprised how well it worked, I think it was Blue Magic, something like that specifically for win

FYI the zipper window isn't very easy to replace for the tops made locally in SoCal. The ones generally available are sewn in across the bottom and the zipper is only on the sides and top of the win
