Look closely, the round holes in the hood are for the carbs. Likely because the L24 sits higher in the frame to clear the cross member given that it's mounted forward a bit so less has to stick throu
The 6 cyl in there, (L24?) looks like it needed the clearance for the valve cover or the radiator. It's kind of neat. Might look good or bad in person. Either way, it's unique and relatively well don
Looks like someone set the engine in, hen noticed that there was no room for the radiator. There is no choke or throttle cable, and no fuel lines. I'd bet that the drivetrain is just sitting in there
