Sorry, dude. Your head gasket is gone. You'll find it's breached between the #1 and #2 cylinders. Tight valves or a closed throttle will create low readings, but zero means there's a significant hol

A nice thing would be if the valves are too tight. Make sure they all have some clearance. Any possibility there was a clearance problem or an over revving and a valve bent? Is this a new rebuild, or
