Weird, weird way of thinking...its obvious to me that you are not thinking correctly, if you have too many tools and not enough space, you just need to build a bigger garage to house the second toy.

Now, if you REALLY want to spend money, there is an outfit that will install a lift that goes DOWN and stores your car unseen underground. Don't forget to move the top car out before retrieving the b
