- Yep. My dad had a set on a '55 Packard. The idea was they would improve the handling when he pulled an 18" travel trailer. That was the idea anyhow. :-) Rick _________________________________________

- Yes it did. But they couldn't keep up with the tongue weight of an 18' trailer that was designed in 1958. The helper springs didn't really help. He finally installed a Reese Load Leveller setup that
