- Is anyone running 7/8" MC with disc? No reason it shouldn't work, right. May increase pedal sensitivity, require less exerted force. How's about the other-way-around...3/4" with drum? TIA, Herb _____

- It does work, it does take a little (hardly noticable) more effort with the 7/8 but what I found out is the rear bugeye drum set up with disc fronts makes the back lock up with the front, like just b

- For my two cents I think there are several errors here. Assuming the same size brake line, which for us is normal, the 7/8 piston is attempting to push more fluid through the line for an equal piston

- Thought process starts at the wrong end! The amount of fluid moved depends not on the MC but on the distance needed to take up the slack at the shoes / pads. Changing to a 7/8 MC doesn't effect that
