Ok, but the article says that braking on dry or wet roads is about the same as with regular brakes not worse, and it says what is stated below about snowplowing.. ____________________________________

Yeah, but all "I" had said about ABS is that you retain some directional control with them as opposed to locking the wheels. I guess that is covered here: http://www.tc.gc.ca/roadsafety/tp/tp13082/ab
