I had to replace the sheared nut in the front lever shock, so I had to remove the FR wheel to get at the lever shock... That's when I saw that the DPO had used Nyloc nuts instead of castellated nuts

Those nuts are 7/16 x 20 (I think 20) 7/16 fine is what it is. And no the DPO did not use nylocs in place of, the replacement kingpins come with nylocs where the originals used castellated nuts. You

General concensus seems to be that the Nyloc's will do just fine! But, as a 'belt and braces' approach, double-nut them.... just to be sure!! My heartfelt thanks to one and all... BTW - It sure was a
