- I had the V8s so it may be different with the V6s. The V8s suffered from clogged EGR passages in the intake system. Also, the COP spark arrangement allowed moisture to foul the spark on the front cyl

- As derf stated, checking the mass air flow sensor may be a good idea. What you are describing is the exact same thing that happened on my father's GMC. Codes all pointed to O2 sensor so we replaced
