As has been mentioned, thrust washers could be it. Also, did you change the throw-out bearing for the clutch? They are presssed in and are a PITA, but that's the only other moving thing. Is that plas

Good thought David, however in my personal experience when the thrust washer fell out the only change was a bit of difficulty shifting, sometimes. I recall no change in the clutch travel or pressure.
