A used, NOS or second-hand nut might well turn out to be a different size from the one Moss or whoever else sells you - at least this is the case in UK which I discovered after sending back several n

You can use a pair of channel lock pliers to get the nut off. The trick is to put the channel in the pliers over one of the studs. You only get a small arc of movement, but it is enough to loosen the

IIRC the ones on FROG AYE are 1 7/8, Which I could only locate in 3/4 drive, so had to purchase both the socket and an adapter.... I will rummage around the garage in the a.m to see if I can locate
