It was breadboarded, with the fuel coming out of a gallon can into a pump sitting on the garage floor, but it ran! I finished the manifold this afternoon and finally dealed tha last leak in the fuel

Easy question, its ahead of the turbo, not behind it. The rubber washer on top of the gulp valve is to tighten the top wire clamp which is homemade since the original little piece of wire went south.
