Yes, and you do that with the twin carbs separated. Then you hook them up together, and properly with the feeler guage positioned between the heat shield and the throttle stop, with the pick up arms

Hello Dave, ok, i have both of these tools, .. but what do you do when you set the first carb with the colortune, set the second carb using the colortune, .. and the uni-syn has them unbalanced?.. do
