A sign shop should have a Vinyl cutter. Get them to cut you some circles and numbers. Also, if you paint the stripes, you can taper them so they look better. The original Shelby Mustangs had tapered

Frank is correct. I have never put the stripes on - I have watched a shop as they did a delivery van. I have removed the stripes from new cars with a heat gun on a hot day. They come off fairly easy.
