I haven't tried the Delrin ones yet, but what I did for the brass/SS ones was to grind some flats on the pin head, so I could hold it with an open end wrench. Grabbing with vise grips is a bad idea,

Actually, TireRack has pulled them from the website. I first noticed that last week. The only 15" tires listed under the Kumho Power Star 758 are size 185/65-15. Which will actually work just fine;
