I have the rear brake cylinders apart. They are both Girling but with different idents, so I presume that one was replaced previously. My manual shows that the Girling doesn't have a spring behind th

You may also want to assure that they are the same inside diameter. This is what changed most thru the years with later cylinders often fitted to earlier cars. Not sure that the diameter used is extr
