I got my tank back on Friday. Acid dipped, cleaned, tested and 2 fittings soldered in for $50. No other repairs were needed. Seemed reasonable to me. He soldered instead of brazed as he likes solder

BRITISH CAR COTTAGE INDUSTRIES While building my MGB GT V8 I found myself making/finding bits for it. Main find was a O-rings for Smith & Jaeger gauges the inner ones are not listed in any catalog!
