My wife once has an 85 Firebird that had a squeak in the front suspension from the day it was purchased. I learned the bushings were polyurethane and occasionally applying liberal amounts of silicon

Thanks to everyone that replied to my question of install ing the rubber bushings into the suspension arms. We were using the threaded rod and large socket method and used liquid dish soap for a lubr

Also, some baby powders are corn starch (check the label). Comes in a convenient 'shaker' applicator <G> Come to think of it, talcum powder should do just as well, in this case. Randall ____________
