I will tell you my experience: i put the lowered front and rear goodparts (nfi) springs on my car, as well as replacing the stock front sway bar with goodparts front and rear heavier duty sway bars.

Factory specifications were 6" clearance: bottom of frame to ground - front and rear with original tires. I would measure behind front tire and in front of rear tire and shoot for an even 6" clearan
