- I may have missed something with all the exchanges on this topic, but I'm wondering why a floor mat wedging the gas petal down couldn't just be pulled back toward the driver before reaching high spee

- While you are at it, why not install a new Pertronix. It will be far more reliable and should it ever fail, you can just quickly slip in a set of points and condenser to get you on your way. Joe Hi
