Not sure what kit you have, but the one I have (for a TR3) came with a water pump pulley, an alternator pulley, and a crankshaft pulley that was a harmonic balancer ... it defiantly eliminates the me

Another vendor out there is www.trparts.com to eliminate the fan extension, NFI but it looks like it would work. I have a thin belt kit on the shelf but for now I did my alternator conversion using a
