So I'm just finishing up a brake job on the Tiger. All new rubber bits in the master, slaves and calipers. I got it all back together and bled, no leaks yet. I had to grind down the sides of the pads

I haven't worked on those calipers in a while, but is it possible that the seals aren't fully seated in the caliper body groove, or that they're somehow folded the wrong way? They should normally acc

I would think that if it was just the seals you should be able to pry the pads back with some device. If you can't do that then if might be the pistons pushing against the seals that is causing the p
