You might just try it and make sure that the bolt will not bottom out. You can check this by using the 3/4" length bolt without either washer and see if it will be ok (goes in all the way). If not,

I would take a longer 3/8" UNF bolt and see how deep in can be screwed in. It's very likely the threads are at least 3/4" deep. If not, you can grind 1/8" off of your 3/4" long grade 8 bolts. My mac
