Until seeing the "Engine ID Update" posting, I was not aware that Ford produced a 260 rated at "260 HP." Is this engine the 260 equivalent of a hipo 271 HP 289 (e.g. solid lifters, cam etc)? Anyone h

The 260 hp engine appears to be a race engine. There is very little information listed other than 1963, 12 to 1 compression ration and 4 - 2v Weber carburetors. My guess is that this is a standard 2
