that's why I always use the expensive organic acid OAT stuff. it's usually pink or orange colored. glycol kills your kidneys I think. these days there isn't much difference in cost as the cheap stuff

I use large bath towels, under and over the carpet, to soak up water. I'm not sure about the brake fluid. Maybe layer an old towel and kitty litter or similar to pull it out of the padding. I think
