Don't know anything for sure, but the radiator looks as if it has an electric fan mounted in pront of it. The black doohickeys seem to me to be the push through fasteners which hold the fan in place.

im quite sure the LM Tigers didnt have ally radiators when they ran at Lasathe back in 1964.. i cant remember seeing an original photo of the negine bay at the event, but when bernard unnett ran one
