- Frankly, Duke, I'd be willing to bet that your radiator is started leaking because they didn't do a good enough job on it in the first place when they replaced your core. I've had some radiator work

- I'd wonder if the radiator was misaligned. Did tightning all 4 mounting bolts apply a twist to the radiator, so that it was under stress? The joints are just held together by solder, after all. Stu T
