Or, you could avoid the amount of effort and time involved in sourcing the "unobtaniumj" S-10 tail shaft and other kluges involved in this solution and just get a correctly engineered T-5 conversion

Or, you could cut about 1inch of the Tiger and put in ANY Mustang or Motorsport T-5. Probably $300 (and up...) AND, this will put the shifter in the CORRECT position (in line with the steering wheel)
