I thought I'd share my experience so others may benefit. One of the problems I've had in the restoration of my Tiger is the center stud in my windshield frame was stripped. I'd tried several methods

Excellent tip, thanks for sharing. PB Blaster works well but I have been testing ATF and acetone mix and I have been getting very good results, better than using PB Blaster. I'm trying some used ATF
