Now that I'm asking questions, I was able to see the inside of my one tank today have some rust in one very small area. I work on and restore old snowmobiles if I had a gas tank with this little rust

I pulled both of my tanks as well as the crossover and connecting pipes and found little rust but quite a collection of paint peelings and other crap ... I had had chronic fuel delivery problems, all

Kevin, most of us have found that the coating inside the tanks have failed and a stringy sealant plugs the cross over at the gas line fitting. It sounds like your tanks are in very good shape but if
