- Well with a wingnut they dont need tools. Would they still take it if it if you just tightened a hex head nut on with a ratchet or something? Maybe a locking nut like a jam nut? Cullen Sent from my m

- So in what circumstances would it be stolen? When I have the hood open, at a show, I am always close by. When the car is parked the hood is closed and latched. Better yet, windows up and door locked.
