Hum, that different!!! Here's what I'd do if the truck came into my shop: Loosen the driver side support rods and tighten the passenger side to see if that helped loosen the radiator to frame support

with the only problem being on the passenger side, you have the heater in the way and as far as I could tell you have to remove the heater to get to the hinges on that side??? Deve Krehbiel Hesston,
