- It's probably just the usual stuff....see if the fuel system is working right, check the screen on the end of the pickup tube in the tank, replace the flex lines between the tank and the fuel pump,

- have you looked at rpm. at the speed that you say it flats out at verses rpm setting still. does it come up in rpm sitting still ? find a shop with a Dyanmometer and check it that away. is it starvin
