- I finally got my 235 back from the rebuilder today. The first thing I did was to install the special short shaft water pump from Jim Carter. Well the pulley on the waterpump sticks out about 1 in. f

- The fan is not the problem. The pulley on the water pump does not line up with the crank pulley so that a belt can be installed. Is there another pulley that must be bolted to the short shaft waterpu
