Adjusting bands is no longer a service for auto trans's. In 50's and some into early=0D 60's with old designs needed that, no more. Service is changing oil and filter now and maybe seals. =0D =0D --O

About 87 or so up the V-8's in the trucks at least had the size cast into the "ledge" on back of engine where trans bolts up to it. It's near outsi= de edge. It will be listed as 5.0 ltr for 305 and
