- I think i sent this wrong oh well, A 1953 Tow Truck is for sale, the guy still drives it around, its for sale for $1200 and he put in the ad, "4 Ton capacity" does this mean it can tow 4 tons or does

- It could be that the wrecker winch has a 4 ton capacity, or if it is a GMC the truck could have a 4 ton rating, it would be about a 740 series. If it has a diesel engine it would have to be at least
