- I found a rear end in the old junkyard today which has me puzzled. It is six lug, marked 59 chev and looks like that's what it is. When I spin the yoke, the axle revolves just over 2 times. Was there

- Check to make sure BOTH sides of the axle only made two turns. I have never seen a TF rear axle with a lower (numerically) ratio than 3.08:1. GMC master parts manual lists 3.08, 3.90, 4.11 and 4.56 a

- Is the TF rear end the same as used in 55-64 passenger cars? Not concerned with the housing, but with the gears and bearings (and posi-traction) used in the center section. Gwyn Reedy Brandon, Florid
