doesn't "go" anywhere. If you have to "pump-up" the system then you probably have a leak (your wheel cylinders) and you probably have to refill the system often. The first check is the drum itself.

fix the wheel cylinder and the probs will most likely go away. i have to do this to my 51 two ton dump. but i am lazy and its not that bad so i may not do it at all. its best ti fix the ovious and go
